Giveaways at the Best in Bridal

"I do" is the game card that brides will fill up by seeing each exhibit space at the show. Once their game card is full, the cards will be pulled out and the winners will have the opportunity to be a part of a game show. The game show prizes include an entertainment projector and screen by Blu Glo, an amazing Fort Worth Date with tickets to the Modern Museum and movie with a certificate for lunch, a dinner at City Club and a hotel stay at the Renaissance Hotel, and then a Tanning Party for 8 to Perfect Glow Spa. Other prizes include a groom's bag, Tim Love Catering Gift Certificate, Certificate for A Magic Moment services, Haltom's Jewelry Gift Certificate and so much more! What to expect from a Bridal Show

Best in Bridal is one of a kind in many ways...and one of those includes evaluations of brides and the vendors that are coming to Best in Bridal, the Luxury Show for Brides. I really wanted to know what brides and exhibitors expect out of our show to better serve both the brides and the exhibitors that are participating.

Mostly brides are interested in new ideas and the hottest bridal trends. At least 20% of attendees come in place of the bride; a mother, sister or best friend are recruited to help the bride if the bride is out of town or has a schedule conflict. About 45% of those surveyed do hope to find a vendor such as a caterer or baker to hire that showcasing at the show.

The exhibitors are participating in the show to build their brand recognition, meet the "best" brides, and to meet other wedding professionals. Most exhibitors will be promoting themselves being at the show with social media and their websites.

We will also evaluate the show by asking the brides and exhibitors afterwards so that we will know how the show really went - was it a success for all involved? Would the brides come back or refer the show to another bride? We are anxious to see the results of these evaluations!

The Man Cave at Best in Bridal

What a great place to hang out during a bridal show? Safe and secluded, grooms-to-be will have the most masculine, flower free space in City Club. Sponsored by City Club, Haltom's, Colonial, Jos. A Banks & All Star Productions, this room will have plenty of boy toys. These soon to be husbands can putter on the putting green, play Wii Games, watch sports on the flat screen TVs while waiting on their brides to find the best baker, florist and dj. The brides will be free to browse all the luxury this show has to offer while their men enjoy beer and bar food. Of course, the men are invited to see the whole show if the brides can drag them out of there! Jos. A Banks and Haltom's will have items on display for the men to browse. Make sure you buy tickets in advance to receive the reduced rate!

Announcing the Partnership of ParaTweet & Best in Bridal

I am completely blown away from our latest addition to our Bridal Show! I'm excited to announce that our bridal show will be moderated in real time making the ultimate in interactive experiences for people using twitter and encouraging those who are not familiar with Twitter to be a part of it as well. We will be able to post updates and also pose questions to attendees and have them answer so that everyone can see the responses, we may even give a gift or two through this medium.

Thanks to Damany Daniel with All Star Productions for creating this partnership - tweets to you, friend! I was telling Damany that I wanted a way to connect with everyone at the show, no matter their location at one time and how Twitter would be great, but how do we get it in everyone's hands? So, Damany had connections and ta-da a tweeting star is born!

We will have 6 Twitter TVs stationed throughout the Show so that anyone at all times can see the updated Tweets. All Star Productions, PeaPod Productions, Lumen Lighting and City Club Fort Worth are all donating equipment to this live twitter effort. From what we understand, this is the first interactive bridal show on twitter, come and experience it!

The vendors have been so supportive and willing to help with production aspects of the show. I have been so inspired through this process, some features of the show are going to be outstanding and different than any bridal show I have attended! Our production team has included everything that a bride seeking a luxurious wedding would dream of!
